Templars were crowned Division 1 League Champions of the Royston Crow Youth Football League last Sunday with a thrilling 1-0 win in their final league match of the season against local rivals Arlesey Town Youth FC, who have won the league in the previous two seasons.
This coming Sunday (5th May) the U13 Templars have a chance to do the double by winning the final of the League Cup (The Meads Cup) against another Division 1 team, Bishops Stortford FC Athletic. This would be a fantastic achievement for the boys who have not conceded a single goal in this competition on their way to the final, especially with it being the Youth FC's 25 year anniversary this year too.
So come along at 10:30am on Sunday at The Bury in Buntingford to see the boys in action and hopefully lift the Cup. The full address is The Bury, J Sainsbury's Distribution Centre, London Road, Buntingford, Herts, SG9 9HZ.
Entrance is £2 for adults and £1 for OAP's and children over the age of 10. The usual hospitality is on offer at The Bury including a BBQ and a bar in the clubhouse.
Everybody is welcome and your support would be much appreciated.
